Hi! I'm Nathan - I've been working full-time as a private tutor - across every one of my subjects - for over eleven years now with plentiful and diverse experience. I've tutored students across all abilities and backgrounds, and worked to deliver results for all my clients.

My approach is work-led: homeworks, exam questions, past papers, and an absolute focus on (a) grasping precise content, and (b) applying writing and argument directly to mark scheme criteria. Each session is guided by piece(s) of written work before moving on to the next piece of exam preparation.

Alongside full-time tutoring I also work directly as an examiner for most major exam boards (including AQA, Edexcel, and OCR) for both coursework and summer exams. I receive training and resources directly so I know exactly what examiners are thinking - because I am one!

I'm a friendly, chatty person with a deep interest in history, literature, and film (quiz me!), and I always offer lovely photographs of my old dogs (Elvis & Pickle) whenever requested for a mood boost. I'm from a working-class background and so I know, truly, that hard work, preparation, and patience are all that are required to do well.
