I am an experienced and passionate Maths and Science tutor with over four years of classroom teaching and five years of private tutoring across KS3 to KS5. I specialise in making complex topics accessible and engaging, helping students of all abilities, from those striving for grade 4 to high achievers aiming for 7–9 in triple science and higher-tier maths.

A core part of my approach involves supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with EHCPs.

I have extensive experience working with young people with ADHD, ASD, hearing impairments, and learning difficulties. I tailor my teaching strategies to meet individual needs, using differentiated instruction and structured routines to create a safe, consistent learning environment. My goal is always to boost both confidence and academic outcomes.

I build strong relationships with students and families, working collaboratively to promote progress and emotional wellbeing. Whether teaching in person or online, I use interactive tools and scaffolded resources to support a wide range of learning styles.

With a degree in Forensic Science and a background in lab-based industries, I bring real-world context to my lessons, making science meaningful and maths practical. I am committed to helping every learner thrive, whatever their starting point or support needs.
