The biggest fear we had was our son not engaging with a tutor and that fear has not come to fruition. Lisa is warm and has built a good relationship with Rhys, where he enjoys the lessons with Lisa and gets on with it, where as with a previous tutor, he would not embrace the support at all. We can see that he is improving and enjoying his time with Lisa, we are very happy.
