I have been extremely happy with Tanya who has undertaken online maths tutoring for my son. We had the maths sessions during his year 8 at the start of which he was struggling with certain areas and by the end of the year he had improved so much he has been moved into the top set. Tanya puts in great thought and preparation for each lesson and has a great teaching manner able to keep a student's focus even if they are not feeling in the mood. She has built a great relationship with me and my son by showing she really cares about results but that learning can be enjoyable. One impressive aspects of the lessons has been how Tanya can switch between sources or methods if one approach is clearly now working. She is clearly a very experienced teacher and we will continue to use her excellent value service.
