Very impatient about receiving first payment, which was due to her error as she spelt child's name wrong on the invoice, but the very short delay clearly bothered her and she involved the child into this matter by threatening to cancel sessions. Not as easy going as she makes out. For £50 I expect a more professional, polite person.
