Luke was prompt and punctual, he was friendly and introduced himself. He was keen to discuss with his student what she expected from her sessions. He gained her confidence and forged a good rapport at the first hour lesson. She found his no nonsense approach easy to understand and enjoyable. He listened to her concerns and came up with a plan to help her overcome these. We will be continuing with her sessions.
