We would like to warmly thank Heather for the excellent support she has provided to our daughter throughout her iGCSE (English litt and lang) preparation. Even though we are still awaiting the results, we can already say with confidence that the experience has been extremely positive. What we appreciated most was the close follow-up and the genuine care she showed for our daughter’s learning path. She regularly provided helpful feedback, set clear objectives, and was always responsive and supportive. It has been a reassuring and motivating journey for our daughter.
