Lessons started well with Catherine. She created several tailor-made resources for my son. However, after a few lessons, she said she needed some medical treatment and was postponing the remainder of the classes that we had paid for; we were not offered a refund. Catherine said she would create resources, but the date for the recommencement of classes was pushed back twice, and none of the work my son submitted was marked. We engaged a tutor to accelerate my son's progress in history, so I decided to cut my losses and find another tutor.

What happens next? Admin reads every report. When a review is reported by the original reviewer (UK GDPR Article 17), we remove it on receipt and confirm by email. Other reports go through a fairness check — tutors and reviewers both have a stake, and admin decides.
