Scarlett has been a breath of fresh air and professional throughout she’s been extremely helpful in pulling up my 13-year-old’s English grades in her secondary school over the last 6 to 8 months Scarlett’s interactions are professional. She provided regular feedback and achievable goals for my daughter to progress. I found it extremely reassuring to have such a professional individual working with my child to achieve her academic goals and meet her needs on the personal level. Scarlett has formed a great working relationship with my daughter. She’s very friendly approachable and the communication has been fantastic throughout. I could not recommend Scarlett high enough.
