Viv was full when I contacted her for support for my son who has dyslexia and was struggling with his English Language GCSE. She kindly managed to squeeze in a few ad-hoc sessions before his exam. Her gentle approach, patience and encouragement gave my son the skills and confidence which helped in all of his exams, but incredibly got him from a 3 to a 5 in his English Language exam. Our thanks to Viv for helping him to believe in himself and help him achieve what he needed for his next steps onto college.
