My two lovely sons have special needs and both specifically struggle with their reading and writing. Susan got the measure if their strengths and weaknesses immediately. She is very engaging and the boys love to go. She praises their efforts and stretches their brains;they both leave feeling pleased with themselves. It's nice to see them feeling like they have succeeded. Susan is clearly very experienced and it's obvious she really cares. I really recommend Susan.
