I had Sophie as my tutor for 2 years. Sophie laoshi is very experienced. She is very helpful and has a lot of resources to make learning effective. I liked how she was very aware on what i had to do e.g we focused on speaking a month before the speaking exam as it was the first exam. I have been learning Mandarin for a while but only really progressed when I took her up as my tutor. I am now able to write a 150 word essays in Mandarin. She is nice and very serious about your learning, thus you learn a lot. With her help, I got an A* in CIE IGCSE mandarin as a foreign language!
