Paul replied quickly to my messages. It was therefore simple to set up the trial tuition slot. We talked by phone beforehand to finalise the arrangements. Online lessons are not my son’s preferred way of learning. As he prefers lessons to be face to face. But he was determined to give it a go, because it has not been possible to find tuition locally in person. Therefore, we did not proceed with another online lesson with Paul for this reason.

What happens next? An admin reads every report. If you wrote the review and ask us to remove it (your right under UK GDPR Article 17), we remove it when we receive your report. For other reports, we aim to decide within 72 hours. We don't tell the person you're reporting, or any other user, that a report was made or who made it.
