Viv was very friendly and immediately put my Daughter, who gets very worried about meeting new people, at ease. Viv explained things in a way that was different to school and gave my Daughter the confidence to believe she could do well. I am very grateful for all the help and aftercare Viv has provided as she often sent my Daughter tips before her exams. I would highly recommended.
