Jacky is an excellent tutor. Jacky is tutoring both my children for their Literature and Language GCSE exams in 2026. My children both find her to be friendly, approachable and encouraging in her teaching, asking questions that develop their thinking, knowledge and confidence. Jacky is organised and thoughtful in her approach, planning her sessions, as we requested, with her to fit with the curriculum my children are following at school, this has really helped to consolidate their learning. Jacky is knowledgeable about the requirements of different exam boards. When giving my children feedback/ marking their work Jacky, sets out the level to which they have met the numerous assessment objectives of the exam board. In addition, Jacky models what they could have done to improve their answer. Jacky is proactive in her communication and always responds very quickly to my emails. I have found her approachable, confident and willing to discuss the best way to improve and test my children’s knowledge and exam skills. Jacky keeps me informed with objective feedback on my children’s progress. Jacky is very knowledgeable in her subject and skilled in tutoring, she has already made a tangible improvement in my children’s performance. I recommend Jacky without hestiation.
