Nikki has made the world of difference for my daughter, E. E tells me that Nikki is very clear and easy to understand and E particularly enjoys the fact that Nikki explains to her how she can improve. That has been really important in helping E develop much more confidence in her abilities. E says Nikki goes 'above and beyond' in providing tips and resources. As a parent, I find Nikki to be extremely approachable and always willing to address specific issues. I have also been very impressed at all the back-up resources and references that Nikki provides as well as the high level of feedback. All much appreciated.
