Save an email as a file (.eml)
To import your First Tutors reviews we need the original email First Tutors sent you, saved
as a .eml file. Here's how to get it from common email providers.
How to get your .eml file
The reliable way is on a computer, using your email’s website.
Showing
steps for Other email provider.
- 1 Open the email in a desktop web browser (not your phone).
- 2 Look for “Show original”, “View source”, or “View raw” in the message’s ⋯/More menu, and save it as a .eml.
- 3 Or connect the account in Thunderbird / Apple Mail and use Save As → .eml.
A plain forward or a screenshot won’t work — we need the original message with its headers intact.
