About
Hello, my name is Angel. I am a qualified teacher of Psychology and Languages (Spanish and French) with over 25 years of teaching experience across schools, colleges, universities, and language institutes in both the UK and France.
My academic qualifications include:
BSc in Psychology
MA in Psychoanalysis and Philosophy
MA in Languages and Translation
MA in English Literature
Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
I specialise in preparing students for GCSE and A Level examinations in Psychology, Spanish, and French. I support students studying with the following exam boards: AQA, Edexcel, OCR, Eduqas, CIE, WJEC.
My lessons are carefully tailored to each student’s needs, ability, and learning style. For exam students, I place a strong emphasis on:
Understanding specification content
Exam technique and time management
Structured essay writing
Revision strategies
Regular practice with past papers and mark schemes
I provide all lesson materials, revision resources, and practice exercises at no additional cost.

My language lessons are highly interactive and focused on real-life communication, often incorporating role play and practical conversation exercises to build confidence and fluency.
I always take the time to discuss each student’s goals and create a personalised learning programme that best supports their progress and interests.
Outside teaching, I enjoy running, walking my dog, and going to the cinema.

Ángel is a great teacher, he has really helped my dad learn Spanish. He delivers really well structured classes that help to build on listening reading and writing skills.
