About
I am a self-employed private tutor in mathematics and physics. I gained a BSc at Warwick in 1988 and a PhD also at Warwick in 1994. For a few years I worked in experimental physics research. My first teaching experience was in Zimbabwe where I volunteered for VSO. In 2000 I was awarded a PGCE in Science Education. I have travelled widely and lived in many countries. I have an interest in international development and have personally supported several students in Southern Africa through their studies.
