Hello! I’m Beth, a specialist GCSE and A-level French and Spanish tutor with over 25 years of teaching and tutoring experience.

My lessons are tailored to each student and focus on building confidence, accuracy, and strong exam technique. We focus on the areas that make the biggest difference to progress such as vocabulary and grammar, speaking fluency, listening skills and structured written answers.

For exam students, we regularly use past papers and targeted practice to develop the specific techniques needed for the highest marks. I also have a wide range of resources, both online and printed, and I’m equally happy to work with students’ school materials and textbooks.

As well as exam preparation, I also teach French and Spanish to adults for travel, work, or personal interest.
