I have over 25 years experience of teaching English, EFL, French and Spanish at all examination levels. I have a 100% success rate with over 90% of my students achieving at least 1 grade higher than their school predictions. I prioritise developing subject confidence with expert exam technique.
I am an examiner and team leader in English and French for several exam boards, have written an online teacher training course for the Times Educational Supplement to support trainee teachers of GCSE Spanish and have also developed an Access course in French African Literature with the University of Sussex.
I work with students to identify areas of strength and those in need of development; I take care to prepare individual lessons which will make for rapid progress and exam success.
