Hi, I’m a first-year Economics student at Liverpool University, passionate about helping students unlock their potential in both Maths and Economics. Both subjects offer incredible ways to understand the world, and I bring that excitement into every lesson, making complex numbers and concepts accessible.

Having taken my A-Levels in 2024, achieving an A in Economics and Maths alongside a Grade 8 in GCSE Maths, I know current UK exam structures for both subjects firsthand. I completely understand the immense stress and pressure students face during exams, and I am here to help them get through it. I have delivered nearly 300 private lessons in Maths and Economics, adapting to different learning styles. Before university, I took a gap year in Australia, where I spent a month mentoring students in maths at a high school. Outside of studies, I love running and football, and recently completed the London Marathon.

I have helped loads of students dramatically improve their grades by tackling the "fear factor" first. I break down tricky equations and theories into clear, bite-sized steps and create a completely judgment-free space. I prepare by directly teaching the specification from whatever exam board you are studying, ensuring every minute aligns perfectly with your test day requirements.

During delivery, I break down tricky Maths formulas and Economics concepts into clear steps. I identify problem areas early on and explicitly look out for what examiners are looking for, sharing my best tips to maximise marks. I continuously measure progress via targeted practice questions and mini-tests. To reinforce learning between sessions, I can provide homework with helpful feedback.

Ultimately, I believe improving confidence is the single most important factor to encourage learning and reduce exam anxiety. I maintain an energetic, highly supportive, and judgment-free environment where mistakes are treated as learning steps.
