About
I'm a retired Maths teacher with over 40 years experience in state education and 13 years experience in 1 - 1 tutoring.
I also have experience as an examiner, marking GCSE and A level papers which gives me an insight into the expectations of the Exam Boards, and how to maximise marks gained.
I have a First Class degree in Mathematics and a teaching qualification.
I am experienced in meeting the needs of the individual student and my tutoring sessions are student led - the student has control of what topics need to be covered. If they need to learn it, I can teach it. I use past papers for exam practice and other online resources to provide extra materials.
