Mr Ray B

Ray is a professional violinist and viola player based between Chichester and London, with nearly two decades of teaching and performing experience across the South of England, London and the North. Trained at the Royal Academy of Music under Margaret Faultless and Nicolette Moonen, he holds an MA, LRAM in String Teaching, and has recently submitted a PhD at the University of Chichester exploring musician wellbeing. He teaches students of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners through to advanced level, preparing students for graded examinations, music college auditions and orchestral performance. He also integrates mindset coaching and performance anxiety strategies into his teaching, drawing directly on his research.
