Bonjour! I'm Pierrette, a native French tutor with over 20 years of teaching experience. I am originally from France and currently live and work in the UK.

I hold a Master's degree and a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. My experience includes teaching at the Institut Français in London, the University of Essex and European institutions in Brussels.

I specialise in French tuition for children, teenagers and adults, including GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, IB, DELF and DALF preparation.

I also have experience supporting bilingual children and learners who understand spoken French but need help developing their reading, spelling and writing skills.

My teaching approach

My lessons are structured, engaging, supportive and tailored to each student's individual goals. I combine clear grammar explanations, practical communication, authentic resources and regular feedback to build confidence and independence.
