  Rashida has been a real game changer for my daughter who is about to start her GCSE's She has been greatly helped in Physics, Chemistry and Biology over the last year.   After only the first session our daughter immediately felt more confident and after her first three sessions she had gone from struggling in Biology to getting an excellent test result! Rashida has made things so much clearer and really helped our daughter's confidence. Rashida is fast to respond and utterly reliable.

  Rashida has recently started offering GCSE science tuition to my daughter. So far she is reliable, well prepared, and my daughter reports that she is a good teacher and is deepening her understanding of physics

  Dear Rashida, thank you so much for supporting Maria with her GCSE Physics and Maths. As Maria said you make a complicated things easy to understand and she loves Physics now.   Rashida has been an incredible support for my daughter at a time when my daughter was starting to lose confidence in some of her subjects at school, specifically IGCSE Maths, Chemistry, and Physics. With her calm demeanor, patience, kindness, resourcefulness, excellent knowledge base, and strong teaching skills, Rashida helped my daughter rebuild her confidence in these subjects over a short span of time. Rashida was also very understanding about my daughter's struggle with being in a different time zone and was flexible from the very beginning in providing alternative lesson times whenever my daughter needed them. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with Rashida, and my daughter looks forward to working with her again in final preparation for exams. I would definitely recommend her.

  Rashida has taught my two sons separately for extended lessons (A level Chemistry and GCSE Science) for the intensive 3-month period in the run-up to their final exams. They have observed that they are at ease with her - that she is friendly and goes the extra mile for them. She is prepared, knowledgeable, and helpful and I have taken comfort that my sons have been in safe and reliable hands. Rashida is courteous and lovely to work with and I recommend her.   I chose Rashida through First Tutors, and I am very glad to do so. She is very professional, proactive and knows how to deliver her topics. She teaches GCSE Maths to my daughter and I am sure that she will succeed in her coming Mock exams next week and GCSE in June.   I have asked Rashida to help my with Chemistry for my Masters in Pharmacy degree and she has made everything so much easier for me to understand! She has an outstanding knowledge of all different types of chemistry (thermodynamics, kinetic, organic, etc… ) and is able to teach it in the best way for the individual. She also checks at the end of every lesson if everything was understood and every learning objective met. She is patient and very kind. Rashida is a real support!

  My daughter has appreciated Rashida's reassuring and patient manner and that she doesn't overcomplicate explanations.She goes through a variety of chemistry questions from simpler knowledge tests to GCSE exam questions.Rashida has been flexible when my daughter's schedule has meant we had to change session times.She has always been prepared for sessions and had resources ready for my daughter to take home at the end of each session.We will continue to work with Rashida as my daughter continues onto chemistry A level.

  Rashida is a fantastic tutor and I would recommend her. She has been helping my (initially reluctant) 16-year-old son with maths and science preparation for his GCSEs. My son’s maths grades have been creeping up and he feels that his grasp of physics has improved as well. Rashida has provided him with much needed additional explanation, formulae and practice, as well as helping my son with any homework questions he may struggle with. Rashida is very kind, patient, calm and focused, she is always absolutely on time and takes great care and interest in my son’s improvement. I can tell my son likes her too, as he has never once complained about tutoring since they started and he is always ready to work with her at the weekend, even after a full week at school. Thanks for all your work so far Rashida! I’ll be sure to update the review come summer, when we have the exam results. :)
