Richard H.

After studying Physics at Oxford University I had a varied career in computing before moving into education and teaching secondary school science, physics and maths. I became a professional tutor in 2014. Since then I have delivered 1000s of tutoring sessions to 100s of students of A Level Physics and Maths.

I have a calm and confident approach to tutoring. I encourage students to participate in the lessons - I always want them to feel comfortable asking questions. Over the years I have taught a wide range of abilities and I use this experience to pitch information at an appropriate level. Whether it's preparation for exams or covering new topics, I always aim to make the tuition as effective and enjoyable as possible.
