About
Enthusiastic, hardworking, passionate and committed Mathematics and Science tutor with strong communication skills and over 20 years of experience in private tutoring. I have been designing and delivering structured lessons specifically tailored to a student's individual learning style, pace, and academic goals. Every child is unique and might learn differently and hence I conduct initial evaluations to identify specific learning gaps, strengths, and weaknesses to create a foundational roadmap for improvement.
Every lesson is structured according to the child's requirement and the students are equipped with proven strategies for specific assessments (e.g., GCSE, SAT, A Level), including time management and past paper practice.
I always maintain a detailed records of student performance and provide regular, constructive feedback to both students and parents. Using diverse instructional methods—such as interactive digital tools or hands-on tasks— I try to maintain student motivation and focus. Staying current with school syllabuses and latest teaching trends, I ensure tutoring sessions complement classroom learning.

My daughter is getting extra support whilst doing her mock exams and will continue until she completes her GCSEs. My daughter is getting on really well with Sagarika & is making steady progress. She has nothing but nice things to say about Sagarika & finds that she explains things much better than books or her teachers. Overall we're really pleased

My daughter has been working with Sagarika for three weeks now, so it is still early days, hence a 4 rather than a 5. So far we have all been very happy with our choice of tutor, our daughter is happy to go to her sessions and although she finds some of what she is doing challenging she is able to follow it. As parents, we are happy to see an improvement in our daughter's confidence which has been a problem following lockdowns and online schooling.

Sagarika is supporting my son with Maths, her approach has been fantastic. He struggled with confidence but now after a few sessions he appears to be more focused and confident with this subject. What’s important to me is my Son is enthusiastic about attending his tutoring with Sagarika his exact comments are “she is very helpful, understanding, nice and if I don’t understand something she helps me understand it and then I get it”. We are now keen on Sagarika supporting my son to help him prepare for the 11+ exams , this has been a late decision choice however Sagarika provides us with confidence. My son Mihnea is very happy with her tuition. She knows how to explain, she sees what my son doesn't know and insist on that item, firstly theoretically and then with exercises. I've assist at two lessons and I am really happy with her method. She is very well prepared and I really hope that this will be reflected in my son's grade.
