I have a proven track record of successful teaching in schools and colleges, and as a private tutor.

My aim is to develop a structured but relaxed approach so that I can build up knowledge and confidence in my students. Many of them tell me that they understand much of the new material taught in lessons but then find difficulty answering questions afterwards. This is why I place a major emphasis on explaining any difficult concepts followed by the careful reading and completion of past paper questions. If a student needs additional notes these are provided.

Having taught both AQA and OCR A level Chemistry for many years I can pass on my detailed knowledge of question styles, frequently asked questions and alternative ways to complete a mathematical question.
