About
I originally graduated in philosophy at Saint David's University College Lampeter. Later I obtained a first class honours degree in mathematics from London University. I have worked as a maths tutor since 1987, starting out in a private tutorial college in Wales. From 2009 to 2017 I worked as a tutor of AS and A2 level mathematics at an academy in Essex, where I also prepared pupils for STEP. For three and a half years until July 2024 I did a similar job at another academy in Essex.
