Hi! I'm Saira. I'm so glad you've found your way here!

With over twenty years of experience as a qualified teacher in schools, I now tutor Maths full time - and it's a role I truly enjoy. Helping learners build confidence, overcome challenges and discover their potential is incredibly fulfilling.

I tutor KS3 and KS4 - all the way from Years 7 to 11, and including GCSE retakes. I have successfully tutored learners of all abilities, from those aiming for a pass, to those aiming for a Grade 9. I am also a Numeracy specialist, and tutor Functional Skills Mathematics - all the way from EL3 to Level 2.

I studied Civil Engineering at University, which gives me the advantage of understanding the applications of Maths - a question I'm often asked about by learners!

I offer one-to-one tuitions and group tuitions, as well as Masterclasses on Saturdays and during school holidays.

My own children are now grown and off exploring their own journeys, but one family member still joins me for online lessons - my cat (but he's too shy to attend the face-to-face ones!).
