I'm Will, a third-year medical student at the University of Manchester, offering online GCSE maths tutoring this summer for GCSE students.

I grew up attending a state school where extra support wasn't always easy to come by, and getting into medicine meant figuring out how to study effectively without much of a safety net. That experience shapes how I tutor; I focus on building genuine understanding rather than drilling techniques that fall apart under exam pressure.

Sessions are 50 minutes, online, and led by what the student actually needs. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call before any commitment, so you can ask questions and we can make sure it's a good fit.

A note on availability: I'm based in Manchester during term time, and clinical placements from September mean my availability reduces significantly. I have a small number of ongoing slots for students who want to continue beyond the summer. If that's something you'd like to discuss, we can cover it on the intro call.
