Dr Magalie D.

I am a private tutor based in Newmarket, Suffolk, offering A level Chemistry (OCR A, OCR B/Salters' and AQA) tuition and French lessons for adult learners. I hold a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Sussex and a Master in chemistry from the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, one of France’s leading universities. I have been tutoring for over 10 years and have worked with people of all ages, from young children to students and retired adults. Outside work, I enjoy long walks with my dogs, have lots of different hobbies and even play the flute!

For A level students, I offer longer 1.5 hour sessions at a reduced hourly rate. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Lessons can take place at a suitable public location, such as a local library, or I can travel to you. If you would prefer lessons at home, please note that a travel fee will apply in addition to my hourly tuition rate. The travel fee will depend on your location.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss your requirements, please feel free to get in touch.
