A qualification still scaling up
T Levels were first awarded in 2022, to 996 students on three courses. Five summers later the cohort is 19,665 across 21 courses. 49% of this year's students are female, though the mix varies enormously by course.

What T Level grades are worth in UCAS points
An overall T Level carries the same UCAS tariff as three A-levels. A Pass is worth 96 or 72 points depending on the grade achieved in the core component.

About the data
Source: Department for Education, "Provisional T Level results", published on results day each August and revised the following spring (Open Government Licence v3.0). Grade rates are cumulative. Students without a grade 4 in GCSE maths or English study them alongside a T Level, which is where tutoring most often comes into the picture: see GCSE maths tutors and GCSE English tutors.
