DELF tutors

DELF (Diplome d'etudes en langue francaise) is the French Ministry of Education's proficiency diploma at CEFR levels A1 to B2, designed by France Education International and valid for life. It comes in a tout public version for adults and a junior/scolaire version for school-age learners, with identical value; DELF B2 is the working equivalent of A-level French and the level French universities expect for undergraduate entry. Each diploma scores reading, writing, listening and speaking out of 100. Tutoring helps most with the production papers (the structured written tasks and the timed oral, both marked to a specific France Education International grid) and with exam-format familiarity, which differs from UK GCSE and A-level French. Look for tutors with explicit DELF preparation experience and ideally examiner training; native fluency alone doesn't cover the marking conventions.
