Felicity was passionate, enthusiastic and very helpful. She was fantastic for my daughter whilst studying for her English Language and Literature GCSE Exams. Floss engaged my daughter; vastly increasing her knowledge, not only in the subject matter but also in what each paper was looking for. We loved having her at the house and can’t thank her enough for all her help. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
