I am a casual learner, with a small amount of prior knowledge (of Japanese). I find Satomi's lessons to be very insightful, encouraging and well-paced. She uses memorable visual aids, provides contextual background to why words and Kanji are the way they are, creates stories that help make things like the days of the week more easily memorable, and follows up each lesson with optional homework, which I'm finding to be of great help. If I had the time, I'd have more than one lesson a week. I highly recommend her.
