Gian is a marvellous teacher, he is patient, friendly, respectful, and understanding. I’m looking to reach a fluency level of Italian and wanted to find someone who I could work with long term. I’m 100% convinced that I will not only work with Giancarlo until I get there, but that he will help me reach the fluency level that I require.
