We would like to thank Nicky so much for her help, support and encouragment that she gave to our son Oli throughout Year11. Oli had lost his enthusiasm for English Language and Literature until we found Nicky; it was so good to hear him talking to Nicky with renewed interest and enjoyment. Her patience and understanding led to his confidence returning and he started to belive in himself and his capabilities. The lessons were fun and engaging and we often heard him laughing. Nicky inspired Oli so that he no longer dreaded English and gave him the tools to tackle his English GCSEs. Oli has dyslexia and ADHD and Nicky took all this in her stride. We really cannot recommend Nicky enough and we know Oli will miss her.
