Gillian is very pleasant and well-organised. At our first meeting she brought along all the necessary paperwork and certificates and we had a good chat about her background and the needs of our daughter. She adapted well to what was/is required, - honest in her appraisal and encouraging and knowledgeable about how to go forward. Our daughter is looking forward to the next session - which is a recommendation in itself! She is doing a good job.
