I would like to convey our immense gratitude to Eileen on behalf of my son Liam and myself for an absolutely outstanding year of tutoring. He picked English A level because he thought he would 'give it a try' and finished the year hugely inspired by the positive experience of being guided through some of the great works of literature which he and Eileen chose together, among them, Shakespeare, Chaucer and Nabokov. It was such a joy to see the pleasure he got from their many discussions about the texts and the level of detail which he relished. Eileen has a gift for teaching and is a superb communicator and inspirational teacher. She was kind , conscientious , professional and flexible. Nothing was too much trouble. To say she went the extra mile is an understatement. He absolutely adored studying with her and he got full marks in his coursework. Eileen has a fine mind and the highest of standards and I really cannot see how any young person would not flourish in her extremely capable hands. She is worth every penny, thank you Eileen.
