Nicky has evaluated and worked with my 14 yr old son to support and make ground in English. Matthew has improved and feels much more confident in his ability. He is working to a higher standard and now understands what he needs to do, the content he has to put in; to answer questions properly. Nicky is a warm and lovely lady. Very happy parents and son.
