Juliet has been invaluable in helping with Robert's English and also in providing additional support in entrance exams for secondary school. Robert enjoys his extra lessons and works hard for Juliet and I receive valuable feedback from Juliet on the areas Robert has been working on. I had originally intended to have additional support for Robert for a short time, but now plan to continue to use Juliet for a longer period of time.
