Claire, is very helpful, professional and approachable in her working manners. She will respond quickly to any enquiries and accommodate needs and requests of parents and pupils. During the time we used her services, we felt she was very supportive, she is up to date to the new curriculum and works comfortably with it, she really helped our daughter and ensured she was working at her maximum potential. She is , soft spoken and gentle, but also firm and fair. I would highly recommend her services, and if we needed she would be my first call.
