Francesca is an amazing tutor. We do a combination of listening, writing, reading and checking homework after speaking for an hour or more. She has the ability to explain key grammar skills clearly and effectively. She’s tuned into and interested in my work life and interests. I feel she cares. This has made me feel comfortable and able to push myself to learn, grow and practice Italian with her. I feel respected, comfortable, safe and able to take the risks to venture out of my comfort zone, make mistakes and learn!
