Review you're reporting
A First Tutors client · ★★★★★ · about Robert E.
Within the few weeks I have received tuition from Robert, my confidence in the subject has already increased greatly. He has a perfect understanding of the entire OCR specification, and is able to explain a number of differing methods to help me find the one that is best for me. Robert is also keen to provide some assistance outside of tutor sessions by email, which I appreciate a lot.
What happens next? An admin reads every report. If you wrote the review and ask us to remove it (your right under UK GDPR Article 17), we remove it when we receive your report. For other reports, we aim to decide within 72 hours. We don't tell the person you're reporting, or any other user, that a report was made or who made it. That doesn't change if they appeal our decision.
