Priya contacted us before the first lesson and had a long discussion to establish what my son needed to concentrate on in terms of content as well as type of questions he finds difficult. She was prompt in replying to my initial contact with her and flexible when arranging lessons. She also send a letter clearly explaining how she works which was helpful.
