Kate Liggins

I use a holistic approach to my teaching - I am passionate about musicianship and I believe that the whole body is involved with proper singing technique. I coach singers on correct pronunciation of foreign languages and can teach many styles including musical theatre, opera, classical and choral singing. I teach all ages and abilities with a focus on adult learners who sing for pleasure and young people looking to pursue a career in classical singing, perhaps auditioning for music colleges or choral scholarships.
