My teaching style is exam-focused, friendly and professional. I teach in a highly structured way, which is designed to achieve results as efficiently and thoroughly as possible.

I was awarded a full scholarship to Merchant Taylor's School at 11+. I achieved A grade in English Literature at A-Level (the highest grade available then). I subsequently studied English Literature and Law at the University of London. I later qualified as a classical guitar teacher via The London College of Music.

I combine teaching classical guitar in two Independent schools in Northwood (St John's and St Martin's), with teaching English privately.

My students have consistently gained places to their first choice school. This includes: QE, MTS, Haberdasher's, John Lyon, St Margaret's and others.

Lessons online are £50/hr.

Lessons in person are £60/hr.
