Miss Joanne M.

I have been a qualified primary school teacher and tutor for 12 years. I have tutored many children to help increase their confidence and attainment in both maths and English. My approach is flexible and I tailor lessons to suit what your child's needs are based on my own assessment and discussions with you, the parent. Lesson can be either maths or English or a combination of both. I strongly believe that a trusting and caring relationship needs to be built between me and your child, for the learning to be most effective. I will therefore take the time to get to know your child's interests and preferred learning styles.

My current availability is predominantly online. However, for students living in the Brentwood area I am able to accommodate occasional in person sessions at your home at a rate of £60ph.
